The shares were trading at $36.42 apiece as of Aug. 7, for a market cap of $509.6 million. The company has boosted its annual forecast to a profit of $2 to $2.10 a share on sales of $280 million to $290 million. Analysts had expected $1.85 a share in sales of $280.1 million.
